How do I subscribe to a calendar?

Android does not support calendar downloads natively. However, there are applications which do just this. One which works great is ICSx⁵. Once you have installed that (some devices have it pre-installed), proceed with these instructions.

On the Calendarios page, select a calendar you wish subscribe.

Tap Seleccionar.

You will be taken to Mis calendarios page. On the calendar you just added, tap Descargar.

If nothing happens, you do not have an application (such as ICSx⁵) to handle calendar downloads.

You may get a dialog asking which application to use. This guide uses ICSx⁵ but others work, too, such as Google Calendar. Only Huawei Calendar is not recommended because it does not display all-day events correctly.
