Incorrect data on calendar preview

Added new country, Philippines. All events are in English. Contains all the standard calendars, including Holidays, Flag Days & Good to Know days.
Location filtering bug
Fixed a bug where the user's selected location (for example, in Holidays) would not affect on the holidays shown to him. Now, for calendars which have location-dependent holidays (such as US states), only holidays for own state or the whole country are shown.
Regenerating subscription IDs
Added a command to recreate subscription identifier. When the subscription is updated at WebCal.Guru, Google Calendar often does not download the new subscription until later. Update can not be forced by the user. So, the user must either just wait, or regenerate a new ID, re-subscribe to Google calendar with the new id and then delete the old subscription. WebCal.Guru can't force Google Calendar to update their cache.

Moonrise time was shown twice (once by WebCal.Guru and once by Google Calendar). Now there is a setting in the Moon calendar to hide the time. An identical setting already exists in the Sun calendar.
Is it possible to create an option to remove the location from Sun & Moon calendars to shorten the event name?

Done. Under the Calendar tab it is now possible to remove the Location from Sun, Moon and Golden Hour calendars.
The Sun calendar labels are too long. I want to be able to hide the icon/name/time part of the label.
Now it is possible to disable any of the three, under the Calendar tab in the Sun calendar.
macOS Calendar shows an error when downloading a calendar.
Fixed. This problem did not yet affect many users, but soon it would have.
Can't download calendar (error -1).
