How do I subscribe a calendar on Windows Outlook?

Step 1

On the Calendars page, select a calendar you like and click Subscribe.

If you are not logged in to WebCal.Guru, the button will be labeled Download. You will not be able to modify subscription settings and you will have significantly smaller selection of calendars. In this case, jump directly to Step 4.

Adjust the subscription settings if needed and click Add to My Calendars.

You will be taken to My calendars page. On the calendar you just added, click Download.

Give permission to open Outlook by clicking Open Outlook.
Give permission to open <strong>Outlook</strong> by clicking <strong>Open Outlook</strong>.

Click Yes.
Click <strong>Yes</strong>.

The calendar is now added. By default the calendars are shown side by side. This takes a lot of space. You will likely want to have them appear in the same calendar. If so, please proceed with these instructions.

Click on the icon in the header bar.
Click on the <i class=\'arrow left icon\'></i>icon in the header bar.

Now the calendars are laid out in the same area.
