How do I force my calendar application to refresh a calendar subscription?

When you update a calendar subscription, this change is not reflected immediately in your calendar. The best option is to simply wait for the application to refresh the data.

There is no way in Web Outlook to force a refresh. Aside from just waiting, the only option is to remove the subscription and the add the same one again.

To do this, please first remove a calendar from Web Outlook and then add it back.
